From the contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, so that we can reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.

From the careers form: name, contact details, the role you are interested in and, if you attach one, your CV, so that we can consider you for a position. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

From the day-labour registration form: the data required by law for the day-labour register, including identification data and payment details. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Recruitment data is kept for the duration of the selection process, and longer only if you agree.

Day-labour records are kept for the period required by the legislation that governs the day-labour register.

We do not sell personal data. We pass it on only to service providers that help us operate — for example email and hosting providers — and to public authorities where the law requires it.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@advanceserviceadv.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
