Advertising production in Iași — the materials a campaign runs on

Print, stands, displays and promotional items, produced and delivered so that they arrive where and when the field team does.

What we produce, and who it is for

A field campaign rests on physical objects: the leaflet that stays in the hand, the stand the promoter works beside, the display at the end of the aisle, the promotional item that goes home with the shopper. If those arrive late or wrong, the campaign is not postponed — it simply runs worse.

We handle their production and, above all, its coordination with the rest of the campaign: the day the team walks into the store is the date every production deadline is calculated back from, not the other way round.

We produce for the campaigns we run, and separately for companies that run their own campaign and only need the materials.

How a production order runs

The order matters, because each step carries a deadline that pushes the next one.

  1. Step 1

    What, how many, by when

We start from the date the materials have to be in store or at the venue and work backwards. We agree quantities, materials and the production technique for each piece.

  2. Step 2

    Artwork and approval

We prepare or check the print files and send you artwork at real dimensions. Approval is written, and it is the last moment at which changes are free.

  3. Step 3

    Proof

Where the technique allows it and the quantity justifies it, we produce a physical proof before the run. Colour on the material looks different from colour on a screen, and a proof costs less than a wrong run.

  4. Step 4

    Production

We produce the run to the approved artwork. If something deviates — a colour that will not come out, a material out of stock — you hear about it beforehand, not on delivery.

  5. Step 5

Delivery in step with the campaign

We deliver where the campaign needs it: to your offices, straight to the stores or to the event venue, before the team goes on shift. For multi-location campaigns we split the quantities per location, so everything does not land in one place.

  6. Step 6

    Acceptance and leftover stock

We check what was delivered against the order and tell you what was left unused at the end of the campaign. Materials not tied to a date or a promotion can be kept for the next one.

Frequently asked questions

What are your lead times?

They depend on the technique, the quantity and the time of year — December does not compare with February at any printer. The firm deadline is set by your campaign date, and we tell you in the quote whether it can be met and what has to be decided earlier so that it can.

Do you produce small quantities?

Yes, though the unit price rises noticeably below a certain threshold, and some techniques have a technical minimum below which nothing can be produced at all. We say so in the quote, with the technique options for your quantity.

Do we have to run the campaign with you to have you produce?

No. We produce separately from campaigns as well. When we do both, the advantage is that production deadlines and the team's schedule are set by the same person.

Who is responsible if the print comes out wrong?

The artwork approved in writing is the reference. If the run does not match the approved artwork, it is redone. If the mistake was in the approved artwork, the approval shows who confirmed what — which is why we do not go into production on a verbal go-ahead.

Have a list of materials?

Send us the pieces, the quantities and the campaign date. We will tell you which technique suits and whether the deadline holds.
