Brand events and activations in Iași

Launches, roadshows, trade fairs and in-store activations, covered from assembly to teardown: the logistics, the people, the stand and the formalities that come with putting a team in the field.

What we cover, and who it is for

A brand event plays out in a few hours but is prepared over weeks. The part people see — the stand assembled, the team in uniform, the product on show — rests on a long list of things closed beforehand: the venue's agreement, transport, the staffing schedule, the paperwork, the spare materials.

Advance Service Advertising handles the execution of that part. We work with your creative agency or directly with your marketing department and take on what belongs to the field: logistics, the team, assembly and the report at the end.

The formats we cover are the usual BTL ones: product launch, roadshow, trade fair presence, in-store or street activation, and internal events for your own teams.

How an event runs

The order below is the real one, in which every step blocks the next if it is not closed in time.

  1. Step 1

    Brief and execution list

We agree the format, the venue, the date, the expected audience and what has to happen for the event to count as a success. The brief produces the execution list: materials, team, transport, schedule by the hour.

  2. Step 2

    Agreements and logistics

We confirm the venue, access, power supply, assembly hours and its restrictions. Transport is scheduled so the materials are there before the team, not at the same time.

  3. Step 3

    Recruitment, briefing and paperwork

We recruit hostesses, promoters and helpers for the event, brief them on the product and on the run of the day, and complete their day-labour paperwork — register entry, payment agreement, GDPR notice, health-and-safety briefing — before the day itself.

  4. Step 4

    Assembly

The stand is assembled within the window the venue approved, and the assembly team stays until everything works: the structure, the power, the materials in place. It is checked against a list, not by eye.

  5. Step 5

    The day itself

The team works to the agreed schedule, coordinated by a team leader responsible for attendance, material stock and the line to you. Last-minute changes are raised on the spot, not the next day.

  6. Step 6

    Teardown and report

We dismantle within the agreed window and leave the venue as we found it. After the event you receive the report: what was consumed, what worked, what did not, and the photographs taken during the day.

Frequently asked questions

Do you create the event concept as well?

We handle execution. If you already have the concept — from your agency or your marketing department — we put it into practice. If you do not, we will discuss the format with you, but creative work is not what we sell.

Who is responsible for permissions?

It depends on the venue. In a mall or a store, the agreement belongs to the contract with the operator, and we handle the operational side: assembly hours, access, the venue's rules. For events in public space the legal obligations stay with the organiser, and we tell you from the start what has to be obtained.

What happens if it rains?

That is settled at the brief, not on the day: the fallback, the window in which the decision is taken and who takes it. An outdoor event without a bad-weather scenario is an event that gets cancelled badly.

Can you work with our suppliers?

Yes. If you already have a stand or print supplier, we coordinate with them on deadlines and delivery to the venue. You do not have to buy the materials from us for us to run your event.

Have a date and a venue?

Tell us the format, the city and the day. We will tell you what has to be done, with which team and in what order.
